Billing and Cancellation
$189 USD plus applicable tax is charged monthly in advance and renews automatically until canceled. The fee is not negotiable or deducted from a brokerage account. The exact charge and next billing date appear before purchase and in the customer portal.
Cancellation
Cancel online through the customer billing portal before renewal to stop the next charge. No retention call or explanation is required. If the portal is unavailable, email hello@kionquant.com; the request is effective when received. Ordinary cancellation leaves access active through the paid period.
First five business days
You may terminate the advisory agreement without penalty during the first five business days after accepting it and receive a full refund of the first charge.
Non-refundable after five business days
After the first five business days, every monthly charge is final and non-refundable. Canceling stops the next renewal but does not create a prorated refund for unused time. Refunds are provided only where law requires one or Kion did not provide the purchased service. Failed, disputed, reversed, or refunded payments may suspend or end access.
Notices
Kion sends a durable purchase confirmation with the price, renewal frequency, terms, and cancellation link. Kion sends required annual renewal reminders and gives advance notice before a price change.
